Imagine a huge tree. In order to reach the sky, the tree must root down deeply into the Earth. The same goes for AI. We are reaching for the sky with AI. In order to not take a big fall, we must be rooted deeply in reality; we want to be rooted in nature. No matter how advanced AI gets, and it will probably get unimaginably advanced, it will not be able to change the laws of nature. It is essential to work with nature, especially on such a major scale.

I love spending time in nature. The benefits are endless. Have you heard of shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing? What about Tree Yoga? There is now an abundance of legitimate studies that show spending time in nature — around trees — is excellent for your health. It is one of the best things you can do in fact. Spending time in nature will reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, lift you out of depression, improve immunity, reduce inflammation, and much more. It will keep you rooted in reality, and in tune with the natural rhythms of life.

This is a big project, but another big project of mine is Tree Yoga School. Why do we feel better in nature? With forest bathing, where are the benefits coming from? They are coming from the trees. Every tree is the center of a huge positive electromagnetic field, or EMF. Nature is filled with positive EMFs and coherent information fields. Some of the deepest healing happens in nature for a reason, and some of the greatest thinkers ever found their inspiration in nature. The positive energy is palpable, and so is the clarity.
