OVERVIEW

AI Yoga Masters is a comprehensive system designed to help you get the most out of AI by utilizing yoga practices and principles. Although I recommend you go in order for maximum clarity and effectiveness, you can also begin with any lesson, as each is designed to be standalone yet interconnected with the broader curriculum.

There is no (or minimal) fluff. There are 7 chapters with about 10 to 15 lessons in each chapter. Each lesson is only a few minutes long, with the exception of a few — like Lesson 2 (The 8 Petals of Yoga). The yoga flows and meditations are typically between 10 and 20 minutes long. The hope is to present this system in a fun and concise way that allows you to start benefitting as soon as possible.

Lastly, and most importantly, please do not think I consider myself a perfected yoga master. In actuality, I am a very humble person. Yes — I have been teaching yoga and meditation for over a decade, however I’m still learning and I’m definitely not perfect. Further, the intersection of yoga and AI is brand new. The name of this system — AI Yoga Masters — was intended to sound as intriguing as possible. Hopefully, it works, and it worked at least a little bit if you are reading this. There is a corresponding video and song with every lesson. In regards to how AI was used to create this, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Suno were used to make the songs. Midjourney was used to create the images. All lessons are my original thoughts and ideas, unedited by AI.
