Yoga for Hands

Overview

Like the eyes, the hands can be subject to tremendous tension and stress. I know personally that if I work for too long on my laptop — especially typing — I may start to feel tension in the outsides of my hands (by the pinky finger and ring finger). This can quickly become a hindrance. This flow will give your hands some self-care and a nice release of tension. You will be feeling good and ready to get back to work.
