I am not implying there is a conspiracy, and I honestly think it is all more of a big messy accident. However, this is the truth of the situation. This is happening. If we ignore what I am going to talk about in this lesson, the problem will not go away. It will get worse.

Wireless technology is amazing, however there are pros and cons of everything. More and more legitimate research is coming out showing the potential dangers of negative electromagnetic fields, or EMFs. As long as there is wireless technology, there will be these negative EMFs. If you are reading this, you probably want to still use the technology. I know I do. We are not the Amish here, and the choice there would be easy.

I believe there are three levels to a virtual practice, or a practice with technology. The lowest level is addict. With this level, you are addicted to technology, mainly as a consumer. People now even openly admit how addicted they are — completely attached.

The second level is monk. You are not using technology at all, and thus not attached at all. However, there is a major problem with monk mode. If you don’t use the technology, you do not benefit from the technology — whatever it is.

The highest level is yogi, where you use technology mindfully and are not attached to it simultaneously.  For example, you use the laptop effectively, then put it down and move on to the next thing — fully in the moment the entire time. At the lowest level, technology is using the person. At the highest level, the person is using technology. Monk mode can be viewed as the virtual fasting to break the attachment so you regain control of the tool.

What about the new health variables though? The fact is that negative EMFs are here to stay. They will probably grow a lot stronger. If you want to use wireless technology and build with AI, it is best to know about them, as well as how to protect yourself.

There are several new health variables that are massive. Negative EMFs are just one example. A 2022 study showed that an average person can consume a credit card’s worth of microplastic per week. Imagine eating a credit card, but maybe you already do? Additionally, the water supply is undoubtedly tainted with a percentage of unknown chemical combinations. Not to be gross, but the medications many people take have to end up somewhere. The ground itself is often saturated with micro pieces of trash. People who cut grass often don’t pick up the trash before doing the job. I’m not blaming them by the way. The litter we see everywhere gets chopped up super small and ends up in the soil. Speaking of small, people do not only ingest microplastics, but small pieces of metal too, some of which can interact very negatively with electromagnetic fields — making the whole situation even worse.

None of this is to scare you, but rather it is to prepare you. I want you to be informed. Again, I am not saying this is all an evil scheme, but we are being poisoned on a deep level. Knowing that, we should be eating even healthier and actively detoxing too. You can eat healthier in an unhealthy world. It just takes more effort and awareness, but ChatGPT helps too. You can also completely cancel out any potential hazards of negative EMFs, and it is about time we get to that.
