EMF Basics

About this edition

The teaching below preserves the original book’s wording, with page footers and layout whitespace removed. The AI practice and reflection are new adaptations.

The source’s positive/negative field categories, healing-tree claims, illness claims, and discharge explanations have not undergone a complete evidence review. They are preserved as the author’s original statements; the adaptation is an evidence-reading exercise rather than verified EMF or medical guidance.

Historical and scientific claims in the source have not yet undergone a complete evidence review.

The original lesson

A lot of things have electromagnetic fields, or EMFs. All plants and animals have EMFs. You, too, have an electromagnetic field. Wireless technology also has EMFs. There is a spectrum of EMFs. The most positive and healing are plants — especially trees. The most negative and damaging are the ones from wireless technology. Don’t let this ruin technology for you. It is better you know now and protect yourself, so there is no pain and regret later. You should also realize that I am not letting EMFs stop me from working with technology. I have spent thousands of hours on my laptop working on various projects, including this one — AI Yoga Masters.

Science tells us that there is more than meets the eye. Even the fact that you breathe is proof of this. You can’t see the air you breathe, yet there is a profound impact on your health. A similar dynamic is at play with EMFs. You can’t see them, but they have a huge impact that is just being discovered.

Look into it yourself. There is plenty of information on both positive and negative EMFs. I know this is both a new variable and an invisible one, which makes it easier to ignore and discount as unimportant. Trust me — if you want to work and build with AI, you want to know about EMFs.

This is not meant to scare you, but spending too much time in negative EMFs without properly discharging the excess energy can result in a myriad of health complications. Studies have found that it impairs cognitive functions and decreases learning potential. It can cause anxiety, as well as depression. It can amplify the effects of stress, as well as increase inflammation. In severe cases, it can even cause disease.

There is a lot of debate on whether the threats are legitimate or not, but better safe than sorry — especially if you will be spending a lot of time in negative EMFs. I am doing my best to present this information in a way that does not scare you or take away from the rest of the system. It is challenging, and I debated on whether or not to include this in AI Yoga Masters. However, I ultimately decided it would be an incomplete system if we didn’t address all of the potential dangers and look at it from all sides.

New contemporary AI application

Try it in your next AI session.

Take one claim about electromagnetic fields from an AI answer or another text. Ask what kind of field and exposure the claim describes, what evidence it cites, and whether the conclusion follows. Look for a relevant primary source rather than accepting the wording alone.

Reflect afterward

Which distinction helped you assess the claim more carefully?
