Lesson 58

You may still be deciding on whether you should worry about EMFs or not. That’s fine. All of this system is meant to work together for maximum optimization, however even just incorporating a few of the lessons will result in greater productivity. I will share something I have noticed about life though. The more time you spend looking at something, the more you notice. The more time you spend doing something, the more of the nuances you recognize.

The same goes for working with AI, or with technology in general. There are so many variables to adjust, you could spend a lifetime experimenting with how to optimize everything. If AI or technology is a big part of your life, that is exactly what I am recommending you do. Spend some time thinking about how to better do your craft or create your masterpiece. I will go further and say that this will probably happen on its own if you spend enough time with something. You will start to notice all the little details, as well as how to refine them to create a better bigger picture.

Enough of this philosophical talk. Let’s discuss some of the ways you can protect yourself from negative EMFs. Put as simply as possible, you want to balance the time spent in positive EMFs and negative EMFs. For example, if you spend 10 hours per day in a negative electromagnetic field, you want to spend at least 10 in a positive one. This is not as daunting as it may sound. At first you may wonder how you can possibly balance 10 hours with another 10 hours if there are only 24 hours in a day. These are arbitrary numbers, but sleep has a lot to do with it. Most people actually spend 24 hours per day in negative electromagnetic fields, and no time in positive ones. This is because they typically sleep in negative EMFs — not good. If you simply get out of the negative EMFs for when you sleep, you have almost already balanced the equation. You can add a few plants in your room for positive EMFs. You can spend more time outside in nature. This completely discharges any negative energy you have accumulated. You can spend time around other people. It’s a lesser-known fact that spending time around others, especially loved ones, is an effective way to reset your electromagnetic field. It is almost like a self-cleaning mechanism of our fields, which is fascinating. Did you know that having pets has a similar effect? Balancing is easier than it initially seems. Just do you best to spend a little less time in negative EMFs, as well as more time in positive EMFs.

In addition to the basics, you can invest in grounding mats for your workspace, as we have briefly touched upon in a previous lesson. If you are reading this, you may be the type that is inclined to engineer your own grounding mat, which could be made with something like copper. This will cancel out any potential harm from the negative electromagnetic field.

Something else I highly recommend is investing in blue light glasses. I love mine, and they help reduce the strain on my eyes and face muscles a lot. I’ve already found they allow me to work later into the night without my sleep being negatively affected.
